that can't be true. we're booking with them too and they gave us inserts for our invitations telling our guests HOW to book (e.g. mention our name for discount rates)...

They were completely non-responsive to me when looking to block rooms. I went elsewhere and am very happy.

OMG if you're dealing with Tyleen...you may be waiting a long time for a response. She was super hold to get a hold of, but when I did she rea really nice. I have her email address and her desk # if you want! let me know!

Tyleen is no longer there as of Friday. I was there yesterday and received MUCH better help without her there.

hmm thats odd???? why wouldnt your guests be able to make their own reservations?? we received hotel info cards that said what guests need to do to make a reservation.
and tyleen doesnt work there anymore?? she was so nice, never had a problem with her. who is everyone dealing with now?

I like tyleen! So upset she's no longer there. However, I had no issues blocking off my 15 rooms and guests are allowed to book there own, jw what rate did everyone get??

I think it was $149 per room per night and $260 for the grand bridal suite.
