not happy with proflowers.com...

they were supposed to deliver my MIL's flowers today (or yesterday). My mom got hers yesterday.

I JUST found out that they just got picked up by FedEx and won't be there until Monday! That's not acceptable. The idea was to get them there BY Mothers Day!

I'm on hold with them now - they better get them there tomorrow or give me a refund!

PROFLOWERS SUCK!!! they got the WORST write up about mothers day flowers ou of all the .coms.. i work in the field

I know where you work (really, I do)

I used them because I get a discount through my (old) company, and generally they have great flowers. But they screwed up this time.

They're refunding the order, and my MIL will get them on Monday.

yea, its fine. We'll tell her they're coming. I'm just annoyed at their mix-ups (though their last error got my mom two thanksgiving bouquets instead of one).

at least I don't have to pay for it now

I have never used proflowers.com, but SWEAR by Kabloom. Their flowers are beautiful and last a looong time!! My moms rosed lasted 2 weeks!! They always have specials too..I got her 2 dozen long stem pink roses for 29.99, plus the promotion coupon for 15% off....was like 25 plus shipping!! (this was in MArch, they do not have the big special right now b/c of Mothers day, but probably will again on Monday)
