Oh no take a deep breath...it is probably just one of those days. Do you have a list of all the things you still need to do?

Oh so sorry but I understand it happened to me this past Saturday. I sat and stuffed all of the invites w/ fh - completed our labels and made seating charts based on who I knew was attending. Try to relax, everything will be great !!

My wedding is the same weekend so we can get a good idea as to where we should be. What do you still have left to do?

Everyone has those days! Just take a deep breath and we will help u get through this.... put together a list of things that you still need to get done.... u still have 2 months and you can get a lot done and still have time to relax b/4 the wedding!

I think we all feel this way at times....try to take a deep breathe...relax and then just list what you might need to still do. Once you get it on paper you may see it's not as bad as you think or you may come up with a plan of action and prioritize...and maybe see what you can delegate.

Just remember to breathe and relax.

date twin! i feel your anxiety!! what else do you have left?

have you made a TO DO LIST

it actually is the BEST tool i have in preparing for the day. I have a list of EVERY LITTLE THING i need to do. and i sometimes have to force myself to do things (like call vendors with questions ) but the satisfaction of moving something from TO DO to DONE makes it all worth it!

Hang in there! You'll get it all done - not everything has to be done in an instant.

Try to relax. Be sure to take some time for yourself - do yoga, take a walk...whatever you do to clear your head.
