one of my friends just got engaged!!!!! She called me up sooo excited and I just remember myself in the same situation and she was actually the 1st person I told b/c she just happened to call me shortly after it happened
She was soooo thrilled and the first thing she said was 'omgggg we can do the wedding planning together now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' if only she knew, how much better it was when you were only IMAGINING the planning rather than actually DOING it

I totally agree with the imaginary planning versus the real planning. Before you're engaged there's no real budget so your possibilities seem so limitless!

i really must be sooo happy for her cuz i woke up this morn and just was smiling thinkin about her cuz i know how long shes been waiting for the ring and how jealousssss she was when i got mine.... she kept buggin her bf like non-stop after
chances are she'll be an 09er..... i cant see her doin the wedding in like less than a yr... so i will most definately get her to come on here!!!

I know.... my MOH just got engaged and she kept telling me my RH was too expensive and the photog and now she will see that almost everywhere she will be paying close to what I paid...

And it's sooo true..when getting married was just some abstract thing that FH and me talked about doing someday, it was so much more fun...now to actually be doing it...UGH!!!
