well..looks like i will be under by about 30 people..i got some things thrown in but i still have some invite room
i know its been talked about before..but how inappropriate would it be to maybe have a LIW table of 4 or 5 girls and their FH?/
i just dont want all that money to go to waste

Re: not making minimum
FH family..out of 56 people..only 5 are coming(mom, dad, sister, grandmother and cousin/best friend)
they dont get the whole NY wedding and they think its just a park kegger that they dont have to fly cross country to be there for
and they also said..dont expect any gifts either
these are the kind of people i have to deal with

Re: not making minimum
well also don't forget to include vendors towards your minimum. And also ask your parents if theres any friends they'd also like to invite...good luck and also you're getting things thrown in so makes up for it

Re: not making minimum
i know..i did the same thing..
i just assumed we were free or something like that
at this point..i dont care if i pay all that money for just me and evan..its not important to me anymore that these people arent coming..i dont even know half of them...its our day and we will be there so there is really nothing to worry about

I was just about to say, don't forget vendors
and if you're still under your minimum, there's nothing wrong with inviing us!

i had the same exact issue--i was gonna be under my min. cause my family sux balls. so in the end, i invited like 5 or 6 LIWers and their FHs.....and we had a a GREAT time together!!!!!
who understands better than a fellow bride? i just said 'please come--i don't want to pay for an uneaten plate..no gifts...just have fun!'
