Not Mrs.Ptobe anymore...
Because now I'm just MRS. P
That's right - I'm a married lady!!!
I had the BEST wedding ever yesterday! Everything from the weather to the food, it was just all absolutely perfect. I will do a bride's review after the HM. All I can say is that everyone was so impressed with the Woodbury Country Club, the food, the grounds - just everything and you cannot beat the price and the quality. Also, I will just mention that Velvet Studio - Bob was great, again, price was right on (and of all thing photography is the toughest in that area). My flowers from LA Blossom were fabulous, the tuxes from Ray's Tuxedo (where my dressed is being preserved too) were perfect. Just it was a day that I thought I could only dream about. My Bridal party was just the best group. It was not one of these 200-300 wedding with 20 Bridesmaids, but I would not have changed ANYTHING... oh except one thing.
I am SO, SO, SO glad that I am getting an unedited video of my ceremony. I CANNOT wait to relive that half hour and to see my BP (I heard everyone ooh and ahh over my flower girl who was spectacular). I only wish I did chalk up the cash for an ENTIRE day (including the reception) of unedited video footage. I say unedited b/c money got too tight to do the full edtied thing, but the speeches and other moments like the first dance and parent dances - I would love to see again and I could have had the whole thing edited later when money was better. Please - to all brides, get the money for the video. It goes by SO fast. I have a real bad case today of 'my wedding is over blues'. However, we have the most amazing memories. Anyone who says 'it's just a day' misses the whole point. It was a day that I'm so glad we had. To have our friends and family there to celebrate our love and to know that our love was strong enough to get us to that alter even despite the tough times, it's just the most amazing thing.
I just wanted to share my 'day after' feelings. I'll have pics soon!!
