not my vendor, but a huge rant

I don't post often and I have to say I really have loved almost all of my wedding vendors. However, today I contacted some limo companies about picking up the bm at my house and taking them to my wedding venue which is about 5 miles away. I called a local company Coachma_n Limo which I have used before for airport and what not. So he quotes me a crazy price and asked NICELY (I swear) if there was any way to negotiate that since it was literally such a small amount of time. He goes on a tirade about the prices being the prices and he doesn't make them. So I said well can I talk to your manager then and then he goes listen I am the manager and there is nothing I can do. I said ok, but that seems a little ridiculous to me since there are obviously other limo companies out there. He then proceeds to start to yell at me about fair prices and getting sick of people trying to negotiate with him. He then hung up on me. He was unprofessional and arrogant. End of rant.

I have called them as well, and i swear it sounds like the guy is stoned when you talk to them. I was not comfortable booking anything with them!

Same here!!!! FH spoke with them and he seemed VERY SHADY!!!!! he called them and the guy said he didnt have the car i wanted, but offered his bosses maserati to take me to the church. FH goes, umm ok, is the car white??? he said no. FH was like ok well we need a white car.... this is after the guy went on a long long rant about how his EX- Wife was from the same area as FH. who cares where your EX was from- we are trying to get prices for OUR wedding. haha weirdo.

we used them a few years ago for a trip to AC and they were awful. The driver didn't know how to get there, we had to give him directions. Then we ended up getting back 10 minutes late because of traffic and the driver charged us for a full hour - we tried negotiating with him, with no luck. we didn't tip the guy because he made us pay for the extra hour and then he had the nerve to ask where his tip was.

my brother and SIL used them for their wedding, but i know that they were not happy with them.
