Not pregnant & still 4months away from the wedding, but...

A friend of mine who just had a baby says I should be taking folic acid every day.... also she says I should start learning about the diferent methods/philosophies of getting pregnant & childbirth....any advice????

Are you planning on trying right away? We started right away. I went off the pill and started prenatals in Sept. we started trying in january

I just take a multi each day with a glass of OJ. I think a multi is good until about you are seriously trying ... then maybe a pre-natal.

I hang around the Parenting board, even though I'm not pregnant and won't be trying for at least another year, to learn all I can for when the time comes.
