Not so good review of Negril Village
I went there on Sat night with some friends for a birthday celebration.
We had 930pm reservations. We were not seated until 1015pm, we were not happy about that. Apparently our table was not ready. What added insult to injury is that people were coming in off the street and getting seated and we had to wait. There were 10 of us. When we finally got seated- we were able to get 2 trays of free appetizers out of them.
All was going well with dinner until my friend found glass in her drink, the manager came over and apologized, and comped her meal and drink.
We were still dissatisfied, so I spoke to the manager and negotiatied a percentage off of our entire bill.
I felt so bad because I have been there before and had a great time I reccomended the place.
Oh well just wanted to share.
