I was so excited that they came in...and it's just not what I expected!
I love the band on its own...but I always have a problem trying on something when it doesn't fit. So once you get it to fit your finger, it totally sits differently.
Would that space between the band and e-ring bother you? Should it be like that? Is there anything they can do?
I've been wearing it a while to see if it will grow on me....maybe I'm just not used to seeing my ering share space on my finger? Did anyone experience this?
Here's a pic. FH's rings are also in my 'our rings' album if you want to see. I'm a non-blingy kind of girl...so it has nothing to do with the plain-ness of it. It's more how the two rings fit together- what do you think?

I think it looks great! The trend lately is not to have your rings sit against each other-then you can only wear them together!

Oh Tara! The ring is beautiful! I think it looks fine, but if it really bothers you , maybe there is something the jeweler can do?

I think part of is that we are so used to just wearing our e-rings that anything we put with it just looks and feels weird. I think it will take some time to get used to it, just like it took time to get used to see an engagement ring!
I also have a space between- I think it's rather common.

Tara, your ring is beautiful!!!! I think they look great together. Yes, the space is there, but it looks good!!! My rings have a space too and I think it looks good. Maybe it's just something that you need to get used to....... You're used to only seeing your ering on your finger And with high settings as your ering is, most bands will have a space like that.........
Just be sure you are completely comfortable with it though

You can do what my hubby and I did a few days prior to the wedding......we just wore them for a bit, just to get used to them. I know we're not supposed to do that, but it helped us get used to them.......it REALLY did We were dirty wedding band wearers.....

Hey Tara!!! this is too funny- you & I have issues w/ the same things......unsure about wedding dresses, and now wedding bands too!!! I had the same problem initially when I brought home my wedding band, it just didn't seem to look right on my hand- when I ordered mine it was based off a similar ring they had that was too small for my fat fingers so I didn't actually see them on my ring finger together (just on my lil 'ol pinky finger). I have a space too and I think it is just a matter of getting used to it, b/c anyone I've showed it to thinks it looks fine, I guess its the weirdness of wearing two rings. My other problem with my ring is that I was expecting the prongs to sit higher on each round stone (if they were on the corners it would mimic a princess cut) but instead it's more in the middle, again just not what I expected, but I'll just adjust to it!!
I'm sure we'll both have no problem with it once we wear them every day!! which isn't too far off for either of us!!

I haven't taken my ring off since I got home. Once my mom gets the email with the pic of me wearing it...she's gonna FLIP!!! She's so superstitious about this stuff! She probably wouldn't like that it's on the internet either!

There is a space between mine too. I like it that way b/c then I can wear the band alone.

OMG!! the more I hear about your mom she sounds hysterical! she must be so cute with all this stuff!! it's kind of nice actually since my mom isn't into any of it! lol

its a beautiful ring. but the gap would bother me. Im having a hard time figuring out what I want as well because the section of my ring below my diamond comes out a bit so nthing will sit flush. its annoying me. i dont know what to do

I agree! I felt weird having another ring besides my e-ring! it looked and felt funny for that reason alone..I think youll get used to it. Its a very pretty ring!

I have the same e-ring! I got a channel set band. There is a very, very small space, but it honestly isn't noticeable enough that it bothers me. I love the look of them both together.
I think they look fine, but you should make sure you are 100% comfortable with it. If not, then maybe look for something else.

I had the same issue with my ering, I could not find a band that would not have a gap between the two, until i went to Elsa's and they custom made my band to fit around my ering so that there is no gap, and I just seen the finished product and it looks great! I guess it all depends on what you like, I dont think that your ring looks bad, its fine! Its all about your personal taste.
