Prenups - Does anyone know how much a lawyer asks to retain his svc to draw one up.

i'm going to guess it's a flat rate and it depends on the complexity of your assets. also depends on whether you contact a solo practitioner or a larger firm. I'd suggest you contact someone that specializes in pre-nups. I know we don't do them at my firm (we don't do anything marriage related, or criminal incase anyone ever needs one of them j/k )
