So I called my dj company to add another hour of the photobooth, and I was asking when we have our final meeting......and I was told
You don't have to really come in and have one. The girl who does all the appointments and coordinating will call you and you can go over last min details.
Is the right or should I be going in for a meeting?

i hear so many girls saying final meetings...but don't know how they actually happen whether in person or not.

mine said the same thing. WE went in but they told us we could do it over the phone.

Ohhh ok. We were told we won't meet the dj only the MC since the DJ lives out east and works full time.

We had a final meeting, but it took all of 10 minutes and could definitly been done over the phone!

They said I could just fax it, but I asked to see them to review the paperwork, it took about 10 min

We're having a final meeting, but I doubt it will take very long considering we emailed them all our paperwork like 2 months ago

We are just emailing all our paperwork and doing things over the phone. I dont think there is a need to meet in person.
