Not the usual vendors???

Not the usual vendors???

I hired a singer and guitarist for my cocktail hour, I forget how I found her, but I'm the first person to ever hire her for a wedding (she has since done and booked a couple more)...

Anyway, it just occured to me that since she isn't a 'regular' wedding vendor, there may be an issue with the RH.

Does anyone know if there are any rules regarding this?

THanks!

Most RH require a certificate of insurance. Maybe check with your RH about the requirements.

yup---they might ask for a certificate of insurance that shows she carries liablity insurance. (i think the standard amount is $1,000,000 - but might be less since she's just a performer)

i would call your BM at your hall and ask about it.

Just what the above said -- Find out what your hall's insurance requirements are first. She'll likely have to show proof of insurance.
