NOT TRYIN TO OUT THIS PHOTOGRAPHER BUT

The photo place I spoke about the other day was G L E N M A R S T U D I O

and I am sorry for any girls using them but I am not usin them

So far...I received 2 phone calls, an email and a letter by mail about coming in to talk things over again.

ok i met with them SATURDAY!

I am sorry but seriously, they need to back off.

So I sent them a rather abrupt email explaining the reasons I will not book with them (bc of the experience)

I hope they understand now.

And again...if you booked with them dont take this post personal. I am not a fan of PUSHY! I am a fan of let me think it over and if I love you I will book you.

This place seems desperate.

I'm not a fan of pushy either. Are they that desperate for customers? Makes you wonder...

i kno...thats how i feel. i thought they were great on the fone. but u kno what...

stop emailing, calling, letters by mail...***...

oh im osrry to have to hear somethign bad and pushy about someone i booked with... that i have only heard great things about...

meh.

but jsut proper politeness they did not treat u with if they still asked u for tickets to ur show.... thats just not polite.

im sorry i didnt kno u booked with them.

but it wasnt just that..

it was a few things. like takin the album out of my sisters hand, tellin me the album i love (style) is ugly,

i dunno the experience didnt sit well but like i say to each their own. their photos were great dont get me wrong.

they were the same way with me. I did not like them at all. Another photographer keeps calling me also. My photographer is booked.

oh yeah i kno that... i saw previews but my parents actually met with them and booked over a months time.... i have to trust them in the end...

guess it comes with the wedding planning.... im sorry.

I agree with you! i dont want to deal with anyone that is pushy. we are all paying an arm and leg for these weddings and want them to be perfect. we're in charge, not the vendors!

I feel that when booking photo, you have to be comfortable with whom you book with, before and after bec photo is crucial and you dont want a slip up. I hate pushy vendors, I would stay away, if you have that 'negative feeling' toward them, then just move on to the next better photo that you feel best suits you in everyway. Good Luck!!

Ugh...I don't trust pushy vendors.
I made a seperate email address for this reason and give my home number or my FH's cell...this stuff doesn't bother him and the answering machiene gets the rest.

yes, a lot of vendors can be pushy...i've gotten repeat phone calls from a vendor referred by my reception hall. they've called multiple times leaving me messages. and the funny thing is i've met with them in person before and they don't even realize it. you just have to simply let them know that you're not interested or you've already booked someone else and to please take your name off their call list. that usually does the trick.
