I've had people call looking for someone I never heard of.I tell them they have the wrong number & I don't know of anyone by that name.They ask me if I know where to find them!

When I used to work in customer service I had a customer screaming at me that they didn't owe money.I kept telling them that it was a credit balance.They didn't get it and continued yelling so I told them I would remove it.
