nothing but arguing! (sorry its a long VENT)

So for the past month or so FH and i have been doing nothing but arguing...i dont know why... i've been really caught up in school and its extremely stressful and sometimes I feel like he has no clue what im going through, i try to explain and i feel like he just doesnt hear me... we only see each other on his days off.. so sometimes its 2 nights sometimes 3.. and its only after i get in from school so time is limited then when i get home its not like i can just forget about school i have to do studying and homework it doesnt end... i thought that since i was so supportive to him while he was in the police academy he would be the same while i was in school.. granted its 7 months longer then his but still... im doing this for US not just for me. TMI warning: i just feel like hes constantly wanting sex not that im not up for it but when you only get a few hours a week i dont want to be doing that for most of it. and he doesnt get it. typical man... ...when i try to talk about it with him i get.. yeah, uh huh, whatever you say. i know hes not listening. but i dont blame him we have the same crappy bickering all the time. just want some nice quality time together for whatever we get ya know??? i sound like a bitchy woman now but im just getting sick of bickering! any suggestions?? am i alone?? does anyone else go thought the same cr@p???

Thanks we did that last night we went out to a nice dinner with another couple which we never do since we dont have other couple friends. and it was a really nice night even went to see a movie.. but once we get home its like the boxing gloves are on.. and it starts all over again.

awww dont worry i think everyone goes through these phases...i know we do and we live together! I think what u two really need is like a weekend away...some where u can have fun, just the two of you, and destress and focus back on the good times and get over all of the bickering..trust me it really does help!! but cheer up! itll pass!!!!

Just drop everything you are doing or thinking about just for an hour and go have sex! He is probably feeling frustrated and for guys sex is the best frustration/stress reliever. Then after that try talking to him and I think he might be more open to listening hopefully. JMO

FH and I only see each other for an hour each night and then on the weekends I sleep there but we are literally sleeping the whole time.

We have had crazy fighting sessions and it is so frustrating!

Relationships definitely go through phases and 'this too shall pass'

Jenise i wish i could.. but he works crazy shifts with the police dept. and hasnt had a weekend off in MONTHS... so the first weekend he has off is thanksgiving and we planned a weekend trip to VT. so im hoping that helps but its a month away!

thanks tilde is so comforting knowing someone else has gone thought this.. i just have a lot of fears about getting pregnant (since its a REALLLY bad time with school being just 6 months away from graduation) and not feeling attractive since adding oon a few lbs. and just being a WOMAN!!! try ing to express those fears to a man.. they JUST DONT GET IT! no matter what! plus the BCPs are making me an emotional wreck so its partly my fault! but for goodness sake i wish he could be me for ONE day! it would make him change his mind!

I know how you feel. Fh and my schedule are completely opposite and sometimes it feels like when we do see eachother, we argue about the stupidest things. I think its the fact that were so frustrated from not seeing eachother. And we live together!!! Its crazy. Things will get better once youre both not under so much stress.

thanks i agree!.. see i think since we dont live together that just adds to it.. cuz at my house we have a semi-apartment so i just expect him to stay whenever possible.. and he says well i still LIVE home and i can just go there to eat dinner then stay here.. which i get it just stinks!
