so yesterday my caterer calls me and says that my deposit check got returned to him! something about the signature being off??
so i told him i would call my agent at metlife (i wrote the check from my money market acct) and get to the bottom of this.
i spoke to the agent today and he said that the form i co-signed w/ my mother was not a signature card. and that my mom is the only person who can sign the checks! i havent been a minor for YEARS!! but the fund still thinks i am, so i cant sign my own checks!!!
so today i'm going to bring them a new deposit!
soooo annoyed!!
i'm glad that this was the only deposit i made using this acct!! (and i work at the temple i'm getting married at, so the caterers know me well)
