November 17th Wedding

I thought the day would never come, but now it has came and went, and I don`t have a complaint. Here is a review of my vendors: Land`s End: it was really wonderful. We had an afternoon reception and it could not have been nicer. The food was great and the service was good. My only complaint was that the bridal party were only served one item from the cocktail hour (shrimp with pea pods) and I wish we had more. It was probably my fault though, I should have asked for more food to be brought out while we were taking pictures. We were about 15 minutes late, so they extended the cocktail hour about 1/2 hour (but they cut the time off the end, so cake was very quick). Dinner was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and overall we were very happy with Lands End. Imagine Studios: they did both the pictures and the video, and they were great. They were on time, non-intrusive and a pleasure to work with. My bridal party had a blast with Nelson, I can`t wait to see the tape. I should have the proofs in a few weeks, so I`ll post again. If they come out as good as our engagement pictures, I will be very happy. We were very happy with them. Parameters: we were happy with him. The dance floor was packed for most of the wedding (which we were pleasantly surprised with, since it was an afternoon wedding). Some of my guests had a few complaints (not receptive to requests), but we had no problems. We were happy. Andrew`s Floral Paradise: they are in Brooklyn and I highly recommend them. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Kleinfeld`s: I was very happy with my dress and their service is wonderful. Hyatt in Aruba: we liked it. Few minors problems, but nothing significant. I recommend it. That`s all I can think of right now. Feel free to ask me any questions.

Can you tell me how the maitre d and bridal asst were? how much did you dtip (if you don't mind)...where did you put flowers (besides centerpieces)...where did you take pictures on the grounds? did you use the bridal suite? Just tell me everything you can about lands end!!! or email me [email protected]
