How is the planning going for you?

hey! I'm so happy we finally have our own thread!
Planning is going great for us-we have all our vendors. currently working on ceremony location-not sure if we can use our home church. also looking into favors so i can start making the CD's one of these days!

We are way ahead of ourselves so right now we are concentrating on saving every penny! kind of impossible since we are going to 7 other weddings this year!!

Also waiting for that phone call to tell me my dress is in!! They said July, but I am not holding my breath! we just ordered it in late February.

How is everyone else doing?!

so far i have:
the hall (NRC)
the band (Body Heat)
the photographer/videographer: (Perceptions)
the DRESS!! (Amalia Carrara #510)

we are going to look at florists soon so that we can get an idea of what we want and how much it will cost. i am so glad that we are planning this so far in advance. it gives us a good idea of how much we need to save. every month we pay into the 'wedding fund'!

dj: family friend(but still need an MC)

i want to go to the florist soon.. after that its all smaller stuff to do over time..

hey girls!!! I am a 11/04 bride too!
But I am seeing that you all have so much more booked then I do. I have my reception place (Swanclub). But that's about it. I just started looking at DJ's. Am I behind on this wedding planning?????????

yep, I have about half my guest from Ireland and England so most of them need advance notice to prepare and save to get here.

I have the church, the reception site, the flowers, the dress, the video, the photographer, the DJ, the wedding bands,

I want to make sure that when there is about 4 months to the wedding all the big stuff is done
