We are getting married on 11/7/08 and trying to plan our Honeymoon. Is carribean still in Hurricaine season? FH wants to go to Tahiti-- I want to cruise-- but I'd cruise Tahiti-- but the airfare is SOOO exp!!

Any other November suggestions that are exotic? We've been to Hawaii and the Carribean and want to something special for our HM-- but it MUST be tropical!!

You can check into the Princess cruise in Tahiti. Airfare is a bit pricey but you can book it thru the cruise line and check out deals along the way and cancel with the cruiseline at anytime. I read somewhere that you can fly to Tahiti via Honolulu with a stop in Hawaii for as long as a week or so... I just got a quote from a TA recommended by the Tahiti Tourisme board and it wasn't that bad... I think it was around $3200 for 10 days in Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea per person. The quote was in my office email, I'll FM you the details tomorrow if you would like.

Hurricane Season in the Caribbean technically runs until 11/30 but, there are rarely any hurricanes in November.

I'd recommend places like Cabo San Lucas, St. Lucia, and Barbados.
