November 27 here!
I didn't realize how much I have left to do! Argh!!!!

- Order Wedding Rings
- FH and GM tuxes
- Flowers
- Pick Menu and tasting
- Matron OH, MOH and BM gifts
- TY gifts for FIL and my parents
- possible programs (haven't decided yet if doing them)
- Hair trial (already picked girl, just have to go for trial)
- Make-up trial (also already picked person who has done my make-up for years)
- Pick menu and do tasting
- Schedule my dress fittings
- make sure all BMs go for fittings
- find shoes
- Get RB pillow
- Make 'must take' photo list
- finalize do and do not play list for band
- take casual day photos (scheduled for August 25)
- get in shape
- make list of stuff to pack for HM

I'm sure there's a ton more, just can't think of it all now!!

Regarding Sending invite/RSVP date - since I am getting married over Thanksgiving Weekend, I am sending out the invites 1st week of September and (I think) RSVP date is Mid-October. I, too, want extra time to call the latecomers and give myself plenty of time to do the seating chart. I hate rushing at the end

Re: NOVEMBER BRIDES!!

Im Nov 27th also. It's a good idea to get the invites out and schedule the rsvp date a little earlier! Thanks for the suggestion! I want to enjoy thanksgiving also, but I dont think I will eat! My dress wont fit!

I still have left:
-attendants gifts & gifts for parents
-Assemble invites (mine have vellum & a bow)
-Get envelopes to printer
-make sure my BM's pick up their dresses & schedule fittings
-order FG dress (this has to be done ASAP)
-finalize registries
-schedule my fittings
-order favors (I already have them picked out)
-Get casual engagement shots
-schedule hair & makeup at a salon & have trials done
-buy rings
-buy Honeymoon clothes
-get necessary travel docs for honeymoon
-get marriage license
-lose weight (lots of it)
-buy undergarments
-get jewelery that matches dress
-get headpiece & veil
-make list of must have photos
-make music list for DJ
-finalize menu
-figure out if I wantto do programs & do 'em if yes
-do menu cards
-seating charts.

And i think thats it, but I'm sure I'll think of more.

Re: NOVEMBER BRIDES!!

I have to (in no order):

wrap favors
do invites
buy groomsmen gifts
buy jewelry for bridesmaid
wrap gifts for ceremony participants
finalize ceremony script
go to florist design session
decide if I am hiring a day of wedding coordinator
break in my shoes
write love letter to FH for opening morning of wedding
book night of hotel
figure out payment schedules for vendors
fill out must-have pictures
do out of town welcome bags
finalize DJ music list
finalize ceremony music list
finalize cocktail hour music list
put ribbons on bells (instead of rice)
send out personal notes to ceremony participants
print table names
seating chart
placecards
meet with baker for wedding cake
get marriage license

*sigh* I know there is more, but my head is spinning now!
