Re: november brides
We're having a twilight wedding. Our invitation begins at 3.30p with ceremony to begin at 3.45pm. Cocktail hour will be at 5pm. We've checked the almanac to find out when sunset (4.42pm) will be so we will have enough day light to have our outdoor pictures.
Then we'll also take some pictures inside probably.
Our ceremony started at 2:30pm. We had a full mass, so it was over around 3:30-3:40. We had a receiving line and then took a few pictures at the church. We left there before 4 and went to CW Post for pics (about 10 min drive), then around 5:15 we went to the Inn at Fox Hollow (it started getting dark by then) for more pics. We left there around 6:30pm to go to the Milleridge and were there by 6:45...Cocktail Hour started at 7.
We definitey had enough time for everything we wanted to do.

Also the night of 26th is a full moon so we will get some interesting night shots! good luck- i am sure you will be fine

my ch is also at 7pm, but milleridge tells me i can't be there before 6:30...church starts at 1, but maybe i can ask and see if a later time is available...based on your time schedule, it looks like you got a lot done in between church and ch

Mel-
We are getting married the same day and Old Westbury Gradens is closed at that time.
I am having my ceremony at 2:00, only half an hour, so we will probably take pics at the Garden City Gazebo and some at Leonards. I don't care how cold it is outside I want pics outside!

I'm getting married 11/27 too :) We're hoping to get some pics outside at the water in our town but if that doesnt happen we'll take pics at the hotel we're staying at and the hall. It will all be docrated for Chrismas anyway and should look nice.

Re: november brides
We are getting married at 3pm and we are going to take some outside pics at the church(not a full mass) and then go straight to Flowerfield. We have a long driver from West Hempstead to St. James. We will take most of our pics inside Flowerfield

Re: november brides
Our ceremony is at 2:30, reception at 5. So we will have plenty of time in between for pictures, hopefully we'll have a nice sunset!!! That's what's nice about the Fall/Winter- the sunsets are GORGEOUS!!!!

Re: november brides
we moved our ceremony from 3:00 to 3:30 to give us an extra 30 minutes of light... we are also taking pics right at the Swanclub so we don't have to take time to drive somewhere else... we also cut out a reception line to give us more time...
ETA: ok I meant to say we moved the time from 3:30 to 3:00...
