I called them yesterday and set up a meeting to do it on Oct 2nd.

Yes, we got a package in the mail for us to call to set a date for an appointment to do the final menu. We are going on 9/15.

We stopped by the Riviera the other day to get the direction cards, and we are going to do our tasting and pick out our menus a little bit later this month!

no i haven't heard from them yet either. i am planning on calling soon to set up a tasting - they do them on saturday at lunch time. It's tough to get everyone availalbe on the same day but hopefully sometime in late september or early october we'll do this. it's so CLOSE!!

We were told the first week in October, They said ususally a month before..

I actually called my hall when I was ready to do the menu...lol. FH says I'm the only one he knows that calls people to give them my money.

You can always call to find out when would be a good time to start setting things up...but technically they should call you.

I just called today after seeing this lol, they said they were just starting the letter's for my weekend and I should have the letter within the next week explaining my next steps.
