its almost october....that mean a little over a month for all of us.....how are you all feeling??

I have 35 days and even though I got so much done a few months ago, I feel like I have so much more to do. I'm am getting nervous and excited at the same time. I just hope I don't forget to do something and then a few days before the wedding, freak becauce I forgot to do it...How are you doing??

I keep adding little things to my list. FH is like, just don't add any more or you'll be too stressed.

I have 41 days left & I'm fluctuating between being excited and nervous. I still have a lot of little things left to do and FI still has to order the tuxes. I actually thought my shower was today & apparently it's not so I'm getting a little anxious about that too!

I have 39 days to go and I'm getting stressed!!! Mostly because my FI still will not help...he keeps coming up with all these excuses to help me with things.
In a way, I cant wait till it is over!!! If I'm lucky enough to have a daughter, and she gets married I'm going to hand her the cash and say have fun and send me an invite. I am done planning weddings!!

Ok, maybe I'm wierd but I'm not stressed at all. I have had 2 out of 4 final meetings, have the others scheduled, appt. for marriage license on Friday and my fitting on Thursday.
I started my table arrangements but I'm still waiting for another 15-20 responses all from the same side of the family which works out pretty well b/c I can do the rest of them and save those for last.
I'm moving a week from Wednesday and we have a ton of painting do get done in 4 days before the floor guys come - THAT is stressful. The wedding....total breeze.
Keep breathing girls - we are all doing GREAT!!!

When I think about everything all at once, it gets overwhelming and then I have little freak-out sessions. But then when I break it down into little projects, it becomes manageable. I am going for my 1st fitting tonight - yaaay! I am also picking up my headpiece & have my hair trial scheduled for next week. We're getting our marriage license tomorrow, doing final meeting with Burton's on Sat. and I have to make a ton of other phone calls to set up finals with DJ, photog & of course East Wind (they left message yesterday) to pick the menu & linens. FINALLY found a 2nd person to do a reading at church - everyone was saying NO! FI still has to order tuxes though We're taking off from work tomorrow for my birthday but it looks like we'll be doing wedding stuff all day!

Regina, don't worry. They'll call you. My wedding is 11/8 & my hall called me the other night to set up the appt. Sooner or later, they all get in touch with you!

Got my appt for the reception - 10/23 at 7:00pm.
These people must think that either no one works or we all have unlimited vacation days. I kept telling this lady it either had to on a weekend or after 7:00pm on a weekday. She kept saying how about at 1:00 on Tuesday. They do not listen!!! I'm getting sick of this whole wedding....
As I get closer and closer, I get sicker and sicker of this wedding. I'm tired of it already and want it to be over!!

I know! But no matter who I call, whether it's for a dr's appt or wedding related, they all try to stick you with morning appts. I'm going to my hall on 10/8 to pick the menu, then I have another appt to bring back all the table seatings & make final payments on 10/23...THEN they tell me I have to go back sometime during the day a few days before the wedding to drop off all the favors, toasting goblets, etc. They told me sometime between 10am & 4pm. I know it has to be done but I work from 7:30 to 4:00 in Nassau County & the hall is eastern suffolk. It's not like I can even go to the hall first & then go to work late or go to work & leave early, I might as well take the day off, very inconvenient! I have too many appts!!!
We did get our marriage license yesterday though and I had my first fitting!

I've just had a few bad experiences over the last two weeks..my photographer blew us off for our first meeting with him (thought he says he had car problems..bull sh*t!) and then the priest cancels on us an hour before we were going to meet with him. If he had waited any longer we would have been in the car on the way to see him (which is an hour away).
Trying to paint our entire apt before the FIL come while working full time. Just a lot to do with very little time and help from my FI.

well, we got our license yesterday.....and got fh's wedding band re-sized [he neevr wears jewelery and ih tought from day 1 it was too tight but he siad no - well, he tried it on a few times...(we're so bad! ) and deicded maybe it was - it was leavign a mark!] so we went and they strecthed it slightly so it looks way more comfortbale now...i also got studs put in my e ring to stop it from spinning...we are finishing up the favors today and tomorrow then we just have to box and tie them up this week and next....we're still waiting on loads of responses too....

I got my wedding band this weekend. We will get FI next weekend. We have a disasterous meeting with our photographer - I think he is an axe murdered. I have called and left a message at our studio - he will not be shooting our wedding!!!!
FI and I fought all weekend!!!!

We finalized menu Found my mom's dress bought my earrings picked up FH's ring and viewed my molding, still being made I bought cute HM dresses Started contacted people that did not respond
Last week: my PIANO RENTAL place informed me they no longer to 1 day rentals. W.T.H.!!!!!
Still trying to find a replacement vendor so I can have music for the wedding

No, at Dean's Designs in Los Altos, CA. They made my ering and I LOVE it.
Did you have yours designed for you as well, I think it so so great to 'design' the rings with the jeweler
