Stress stress stressful question!!
I just did the hotel room block and got the main gift for the BP.
All major vendors are booked.
We still have to do Pre Cana I have to send the STD's out I have to research, find and buy invitations all the little things, programs, menus, card box, petal cones, aisle runner get the BM dresses tuxedos MOB dress MOG dress GMOB dress OOT boxes Slipper Baskets hair trials makeup trials e pics my ring uhhh.... what else. I KNOW there's more!

We did tuxes and wedding bands this weekend....
We have left: Save the dates - going out this week
Honeymoon - trying to decide on which Hawaiian Islands to book and how long.
Rehearsal Dinner - have to wait to see if church will do rehearsal Fri versus Thurs
BP Gifts...mainly the broomsmen...they are a tough bunch to buy for. I have ideas for my girls just have to put the ideas into action.
Invites/programs a friend of mine is doing. So I just have to pick them out.
Favors I know what I want just have to order.
Parents gifts
Play list for DJ
Menus...thinking of going the chocolate menus....I LOVE chocolate and I think it would be different for my guests.
And of course my veil, headpiece, shoes and DOJ...but I have my 'old' as my bracelet..just need to get earrings and a necklace to go with the bracelet.
And probably all the little stuff too!

I am a late October bride so thought I would chime in.
I will give you an idea of what we are and are not doing. It might help in the whole scheme of things
We are NOT doing:
1. E-pix 2. Table numbers 3. Table cards (you are seated...) 4. Favors 5. Programs 6. Card box 7. Video 8. Pre marital stuff (not required for us) 9. Rehersal/ Rehersal dinner (Can't have)
All of the above seem to be done a lot of DIY so thats why a lot of brides are doing them early which is SO smart. If I were having any of those things I would have started on them!!
What I need to do: 1. Order invite's (they are picked out and need to be paid for. 2. Limo's 3. BM, GM, FG attire. Nothing has even been LOOKED at. 4. Pick songs/song list for Band (ceremony etc) 5. Book ceremony musician 6. Send colors/ideas to florist 7. Meet with Rabbi about service 8. Headpiece to go with veil. 9. Bridal Party gifts
Thats all I can think of. The ONE thing that MUST be done right now is make your block of rooms if you havent already.

My first fitting is next Friday, 9/25!!! I'm waiting for my invitation company to finalize the programs...then we have to do table numbers and seating cards! All final vendor appointments are scheduled and marriage license on October 2nd! THAT'S IT!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did they call you or did you call them for the final vendor appointments?
I called everybody... Most vendors will call a week or two in advance to confirm the times, etc...but I thought it would be best to sit with the photographer (to give must take pictures, etc.) and everyone else so we're all on the same page. All vendors were more than willing to schedule the meetings....

My dress just came in yesterday and I scheduled my first fitting for 10/3
I have to get a veil/headpiece do hair trial order favors get marriage license get BM gifts set final appointments get OOT gift bags/items for same get shuttle for hotel guests programs (not sure if we're doing) pick readings get shoes need HM clothes do seating close on house!! PAY everyone!!!
