Novias 2011 EXERCISE!!!!

We got to do exerciseeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have to do it so we can get in Shape!!!!!

So let's share with each other... What are we doing today to get fitted?! =)


I will take lunch and go to the gym around 3:30...
I will run 3Miles =) and little weight...

FH and I will continue to stain wood floors tonight. Killer on the arms.

perhaps I will do abs if we don't get home too late.

I did 30 min elliptical and 10 min bike today. WOOOOOOOOOO!!!

YES! I really am going I don't want to pay and not go. I have no excuses because it's only 1 block away from my house.

=( If they hurt a lot maybe u should NOT do too much abs...

=) I take classes too...
I go to Zumba & Triple Fat Burner ....

But i just came back from the gym I did weigts & walk for 30 min =)
I will also go to take Kickboxing class at 6:15 pm =)
