Now af is here

almost 3 months after the last one.

I was looking for ovulation signs but did not see any between this period and the last.

I guess I have at least another 3 months to wait.

Hi!

Sorry to hear! My friend read the book TAking Charge Of Your Fertility and now has passed it to me. I really havent gotten to much into it but it is really good. It has helped her! I don't remember the author but if you can check it out I think it is so worth it! It tells you signs to look for (for ovulation) and discusses EVERY type of situation.

The author is Toni Weschler and I highly recommend reading this book.

Thanks! I actually have it and have been reading it. It is helpful but not too much since I really have no way of predicting when I am going to ovulate.
