NOW I AM WORRIED

Heres my problem. The last time I checked this paticular website it said my period wouldnt come until about a week after the wedding. I go on now..enter my new info and now its says it will come 3 dys after the wedding...then I go to my actual calendar and count with my fingers and I get 3 dys BEFORE the wedding..this is sooo not cool. Either way I lose. Here is my question. For those of you on BC (I am clueless) is there any way of getting BC pills that eliminates ur period (at least for a certain period of time)..again I have no clue on how birth control works..so for those of you on it, considering it, or in the same situation as me..please help.

You can 'Skip a Period' by just starting a new pack of pills and not take the Sugar ones, BUT I would 100% call my doctor and ask if you should do it and how.

I have never done this before, but I had friends that have and it worked.

u can miss ur period on purpose if u want by not doing the placebo/sugar pills and just starting the first pill in the new pac

Well I really dont have a doctor...I have no insurance. Could I go to like a health clinic?

Def check with your DR. as I believe there is something that can make you skip your period..we must have the same cycle as I get the same results I can't have it that day or on my HM!!

Wait are you not on it now?
If that is the case and you start is now, you will 100% not be on the same cycle you are now.

I was given Ortho-Tri by my dr in January because I have ovarian cysts and bad bad bad cramps. I also found that I was going to have my period on my wedding. I missed my period this month and the only thing that got big on me was my boobs (a lil fuller) Which I needed cause I am not so blessed. Anyway my Dr. told me not to take the white pills and I will keep missing my period.

Ah I see. So ur saying skip the palcebo??? So normally if you take both the pill and placebo you should get ur period every month???? but if you miss it..you wont get ur period

Planned parent hood provides it and they prices are probably more reasonable.

Yes instead of taking the placeebo (white pills) Just start a new pack (blue pills).

I started now because I wanted to see what side effects I would have. I wanted to give myself plenty of time to recover if I did have side effects.

asap. it takes a few months for ur body to get used to it

TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU....
your period will be completely THROWN OFF AND WACK A DOO before your wedding.

I do not take BC. But I do medical billing and I had to check on somethng foa patient and if you go to a clinic and they write you a script or sell it to you it is typically $70 a pack (thats an estimate)
