Now I have a cold

DH had a cold last week and on Friday I started feeling a little sick. Saturday I thought I was doing a lot better and really fighting it off. It got worse yesterday and even worse today. Like I need this right now. I could go into labor at any moment and I might have a cold on top of that? This sucks.

I went to the doctor today and she said I still have no change. She scheduled me to be induced next Tuesday. So cross your fingers and send me some labor vibes.

Good luck! And I feel your pain about the cold. My DH had one also and passed it to me. I thought I had just caught a mild version and then two days ago it hit me like a ton of bricks. I have a horrible cough but do feel like I am getting a bit better. I stayed in bed all day on Friday and drank a lot of hot tea and juice and it seemed to help because I felt a ton better the next day.


So just take care of yourself and rest up so you are not run down when you labor begins.
