And now for the guest list....ahhhhhhhh we need to garauntee 175 and it seems like the list keeps growing. do any of you have an idea about how many don't show?

Yea, good question. my minimum is 150 and we have 175 people to invite. we are so nervous to book the place we want because of this!!!

o i forgot to add...all the places that i visited said the same thing...expect 20% not to show...hope that helps

I have been told that 20% of the guests dont show but that is including out of state guests. I have to garuantee 225 and even with no OOS guests that is going to be hard.
Anyway I booked my RH and now I am just doing photographers and trying on dresses.

So far We have 175 people to invite
My Hall can hold 150 comfortable
They say 180 but that will be way to crowded
So i am really hoping for between 130-150 people

I would defiantely suggest putting together an A lsit and a B list- maybe even a C lsit and start sending invites out early. Depending on the number of NO responses ou start to get you can start sending the other invites out accordingly. HTH!

I have heard that 25% decline.
By the way...I live near Russo's and my parents had their 25th anniversary party there. It is very pretty.
