it's actually perfect.

it just proves the point...when you keep it on 2 days..

we all sign off on Friday...not really 'weekenders'

and it's ours for the filling on Monday.

My weekend was loverly. I baked A LOT. Cool weather gets me in the mood. Made brownies with fudge topping, crumb cake, a tomato tart with Gruyere cheese and Oatmeal Raisin cookies.

I also cooked.

My in laws all went pumpkin picking on Sunday and I thought of Laurie and Lauren but refrained from going because it doesn't seem pumpkin-y enough out yet. Plus my son's will demand that we carve them ASAP and then they will be rotten by Halloween.

I want to go next weekend.

We will probably go 10/6 or 10/7- he has off for Columbus Day, so maybe he will take a break in studying.

I didn't buy too much.

We went to Harbes and did the corn maze. That was good times. Boys vs girls. Girls won. Got incredibly dirty doing so.

I ate kettle corn. Picked a pumpkin or two.

Stopped for early dinner at Salsa Salsa. Yucca fries = .

anyways.

here are Lauren and Victor before they ditched their nosebleed seats and took the ones that were unoccupied behind us. (Victor in the orange hat).
