We finally booked our officiant! So after a year and a half of planning the party, now we'll actually have a ceremony to go with it.
I had put it off forever because I thought it would be impossible to find a rabbi who would marry us on a Saturday, but it just took one night of emailing a bunch of websites and another day of waiting for responses.
Yay! We won't have to get married at City Hall!

That was my last 'vendor' booked too! I felt pretty bad about it but I got over it since then

Nice congrats ! It took us forever to find one cause we wanted a sat night wedding as well ... I converted and that made it even more difficult to find one.

I'm feeling the eeeensiest bit guilty, but I don't celebrate Shabbas any other weeks, so why start on June 14, you know?
I'm just really excited and relieved to have this over with. Our last major vendor - DONE!
