Okay I have been to a few weddings there and the ones i went to they had the seating cards on the piano. I am doing my favors with the seating cards and will probably have around 200 and i don't think it will fit so anyone know where they will put them if they don't fit.
Also, did any past NRC brides have a memory table in the lobby...I want to do this but cannot figure out where it would go...i prefer it not on that new set up that have against the wall, too many people won't be near there.

I got married there 9/20/2003 and they out the placecards on the big round table that used to be in the lobby. I know a lot has changed since then though.
ETA: this is the table I had my placecards. I had about 230 people and they all fit.
i saw the nrc set up for a wedding and the place cards were on the middle where the big flower arrangement is. they should def. fit there.

Mine were also on that table with the flowers. I had about 225 guests (so less placecards) but I used mini-pumpkins as my placecards and there was plenty of room for them all.

I was counting on using that table with the flower arrangement---minus the arrangement--it's just sooooooooo big, IMO! lol anyway, the piano is now in the cocktail hour room, because of the new way they configured the lobby, so i don't see where else you would put them!

I'm doing minipumpkins as well and my mom is convinced they won't all fit. I desperately want them so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. We plan to have approx. 250 people.
