The suggested tip for the Maitre D is $3-5 a head. Did you take this suggestion? For my head count of almost 200 - that's $600-$1000!

Really havent thought about it at this point but I guess if the suggested is $3-5 per person I would stick pretty close to it.

I aven;t thought that much about it, but I figure I';ll stick with teh suggestion. Tipping is usually a percentage and NRC is a more expensive hall, so the tips will be higher. Also, I really do expect impeccable service from them, and if I get it, it will be worth it
