I can't remember all the choices. I can tell you we chose devil's food cake with vanilla mousse filling. There were some other filling and cake options of course.

Yeah, we were thrilled. I didn't want a fruit filling (but they offerend plenty) or cannolli - and we didn't want to go too crazy either ... I wanted simple but delish. I figure a lot of people do yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling so we just decided to flip it, and I'm thrilled with it! I loooove devils food cake ... yummmmm ....

Seriously, I do know there were many different choices and combos to choose from ... I don't think you will be left wanting!

they have a bunch of mouse flavors, chocolate vanilla and something else, some fruit fillings, chocolate cannoli or vanilla cannoli... yellow, devils food, marble sponge...

we chose yellow cake with chocolate mouse.we are having a full venetian hour so figured we wouldnt go so crazy with the cake since i doubt our guests will eat it since all the delicious venetian desserts....

but they have plenty of options!

yea there are some really good choices...i was just saying i feel like i went basic but that was why..they def have amazing flavors you can choose from!

so i found my cake selection list..thought you might want it..

sponge- yellow, carrot, devils food, marble

fillings-
fruit- strawbeerry, rasberry, blueberry, cherry, pineapple, bananna

pudding- chocolate, vanilla, banana. lemon

mousse- chocolate, white choc, french vanilla, strawberry, rasberry

custard- alone or choice of strawberries, banannas or rasberry

cannol- regular or chocolate
