hi, i'm new to this site, we have just booked our wedding at the North Ritz Club, i was looking for some feedback about the place, positive or negative. i have read many positive reviews from people but i want to know any negatives that people have experienced. thanks in advance!

I went to wedding there a couple of years back and it was great! one of the best weddings i've ever been to. the room was lovely, and i loved the shape of it because everyone was close to the bride and groom, so no one felt like they were in the back of the room. the food was delicious. the staff was nice....no complaints!!!

Ive been on this site for over a year, especially interested in what people have to say about the NRC. The only real negative thing Ive heard so far is the presentation/look of the cake, not the taste of it. Personally, its not enough for me to hire a baker. I will just have a picture when I meet to choose my menu. Other than that, everyone has been very happy with their choice to have their reception there. I just cant wait for mine.

I agree with amy - the only negative thing i heard was the look of the cake - look at the Official North Ritz Club thread - all the reviews are linked there - and there is a discussion of the cake -
I havent tasted the food yet - but they are supposed to get back to me about the next tasting since our menu selection is in mid nov. All the girls that got married there said the food is great! And also, a lot of girls have had tastings already and they loved the food -
I got married there and went to a wedding there....both were amazing....nothing to complain about......
My parents friends told them the food at the CH and reception was the best ever they have ever had at a wedding.
The service was unbelievable and the people to work with there are great.
TRUST ME - you have NOTHING to worry about.

You have nothing to worry about with the NRC. I booked them also and they matched the price of another catering hall. They seem so nice there and accomodating. The place is so classy looking. And one wedding at a time. Good choice!!!!

I had my wedding there almost 2 years ago and they were terrific then and from what I here they keep getting better and better...they have had tons of changes in menu, the cake and decor allfor the better. I still hear great things about my wedding and the hall 2 years later. The food got great reviews from almost all the family and what I got to eat was great. The viennesse was out of this world and everyone still talks about that especially!!! The service was outstanding!

The food is excellent and the issue of the cake....it depends on your personal style, they ask you how you want the cake decorated. I kept the cake very simple and smooth, no extra frosting designs or basket weeve etc and it was beautiful, check out the thread.
