Wish I could help, but we haven't gone for a tasting yet.

Just wanted to say because that's so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember the salmon being melt-in-your mouth good, the three salsas were tasty.
The chateubriand was fork tender.
Chicken Tuscany was good too, like the fact that the chicken is grilled and not dry.

I'm getting hungry.
We go for our menu selections next week.

Thank girls..I never had a food tasting so I am all confused...

NOT TO WORRY !
All the food was fabulous, and this I remember from our tasting in January !
I even ate a baby lamb chop, and I hate lamb. It was not gamey at all.
Shrimp passed as hors d'ovres are colossal.
The salads are all good, just choose the one that you like the best and think that most of your guests will like. I think balsamic reduction was the dressing - yummy.

This was our menu for our reception:

Salad: mixed greens w/ dried cranberries, candied walnuts & goat cheese.

Entree choices:
Chateau briand w/ a mushroom sauce (i think!)
Seafood stuffed sole
Chicken tuscany


These are the stations we had for our cocktail hour:

Mashed potato bar (people loved this!)
Seafood bar
Hot & cold italian station
mediterranean station
pasta station
carving station - roast turkey, pastrami, & london broil (i think!)
Sautee station - can't remember what we had here
Crudite
I know we had 2 more stations...just can't remember what.

Definitley get the chilean sea bass with mango salsa...two thumbs up all the way.

I totally agree. Did you call for a tasting? We called and then they called us with the date of the tasting.

we did call and they told us there wasn't one we could go to..I hope that I make the right choices
