What is the average number of proofs you receive from your photographer if all of them are included in your package??? the two i looked into said 300 from the regular photographer and 450 from the photojournalist. Is this normal???
My contract with Duet said a minimum of 400-500 and he said that because my wedding is in June there should be alot more than that.

My photographer guaranteed 1200 proofs.

Mine guranteed 250, but we got around 400. I thought it was PLENTY, because we still had a zillion pics from our table cameras and pics from our friends personal cameras!! I was very happy with the amount of pics we have

My contract guarantees somewhere between 250 - 300 but I was told that there would definitely be a lot more. I'm happy with this as long as they are quality shots and not too many duplicates. I'm not looking to hold on to thousands of pictures.

What does the month have to do with the # of proofs? Because you'll be able to take a lot outside?

About 300 but probally more due to the fact the everything should still be decorated for the holidays still.
My sister used the same photographer for her wedding and she had about 300 also. After a while they are just multi shots of the same thing.
I would love to know how you are going to pick 40-50 pics out of 1200 for an album ???
