Number of Tables

Is it weird to have an odd number of tables??? I've only heard of people having even numbers but I only need 11 (I think)!!

Don't remember which room you're in but they put 14 tables in the astor room, 8-14 people at each table. Do you not have enough people to put 8 at each table?

I'm in the Astor too and I'm so confused!!!!! They told me 12-14 per table but I'm really doing 10 - 14 per table with 14 only at tables that have kids (since they're small lol).

You don't meant that they put 14 tables regardless of how many people right????

That's how I understood it. I have 1 with 10, some with 12, 1 with 13, some with 14 and 1 whopper with 16. I would call Bob or Brian and double check.

ETA - What's your total headcount?

I was at Fox Hollow and just put an X through tables that I wanted removed on the floorplan they gave me. I'm sure they will let you remove some. I had an odd number of tables, so I put my photobooth where the other table would have been to keep the room looking balanced.

Yeah, except now I have to go back tomorrow. We had a family emergency pop up over the weekend and my brain turned to jello and I forgot my floorplan and all the other paperwork.
