Numbers on RSVP cards
So ladies,
I need your opinion....
A single friend of mine and I were talking the other day about invitations. She asked if I was placing numbers on RSVPs. I replied 'yes'. My FH and I are paying for this wedding on our own. We decided to avoid the extra guests and the strangers, that we would place the amount of invitees on the RSVP cards.
She replied 'that's wack'![]()
I told her that all my single friends were going solo to the wedding. As a matter of fact, I have about 6 friends going alone and not one of them complained, they understood. I simply told my friend that I want all my single friends to attend the wedding but don't have the means to invite everyone and a guest, especially since I have a lot of OOT guests. If she's a friend she'll truly understand and accept it, if not then should I really give in and allow her to bring a guest, although I'm not a fan and don't get along with the person she plans to bring with her?![]()
