What is the difference between the two and has anyone done either one? What are your thoughts about each one? Pro's and Con's TIA!

I know nothing about Jenny Craig, but my FH did nutrisystem and had wonderful success. He lost 40 lbs in a few months and is 10lbs from his goal weight. He said he is always full, the food is easy to prepare, you get to pick what you like, and there are also little mini supplements of dairy and fruit you can eat in between meals. HTH.
did both...both work...jenny is better quality and better tasting and more money. honestly they are both quick fixes and once you stop eating their food there goes your diet...but you already know this because this is how all those diets work. they do work though. I just think its such a waste of MONEY! Counting calories is what i am doing now and girl i am droppingpounds by the day! LOVE IT! this is a diet I can handle...I can live like this. carbs..sugar..fat whatever i want..just in proportion....

my cousin just went through doing both....she absolutely loves jenny & is still doing it. she wasn't crazy about the food with nutrisystem...jenny food is more 'real' lol...think about it...with nutrisystem, u get meals such as a chicken dish that can sit on a shelf for weeks... regardless of the taste, imagine the additives & preservatives that must be in that?? CAN'T be healthy in the long run..
ANYWAYS, my cousin switched to jenny...LOVES it and now got my entire family doing it. they're all doing great & very happy with it!

Sorry I'm on Weight Watchers so I'm not too familiar with those systems... but from what I hear I am glad I' m not on them since I'm not into pre-packaged foods.
Weight Watchers works though! I've lost 50lbs!

nutri system's food tastes discusting ! i would rather be chubby then eat that processed garbage that sits in a factory for months . so unhealthy .

The only difference is the food..Jenny Craig food is alright but there were certain Nutri System things I could not even get down my throat..I sent the whole shipment back...

my friend tried Nutri-system after the baby and i think it worked for her, she looked great.
but now i think the correlation is that if it tastes bad, you probably dont want to eat it, thus you lose weight because you dont each much!!!

I work for Jenny Craig. but before i did i was a client. i had friends that did nutrisystem and hated it. they said the food was aweful. when i saw that they were having success with jenny i decided to try it and see if it would help me with a few stubborn pounds. and it works and the food is good! The difference is that nutrisystem is ALL dry food. at jenny the food is dry and frozen. you get to meet with a consultant each week to discuss your problem areas and how your doing with the program. you don't have that with nutrisystem. I've heard success stories about nutrisystem and WW. I guess it's all different for everyone. But it does work!
