I wanted to go and see one too!
Does she give you general advise, or specific for you and your body?

Re: Nutrionist!

Its one on one, so its all for you personally.. She talks to you about what your eating now, your eating habits, she kind of tailors a menu for you.. she (and this is going to sound wierd) taught me how to eat right... Its more of a lifestyle change going to a nutritionist. WW is more points ,and i dont think i will count points forever..

I will say i had tried eveything from WW to JC and never lost more than 10lbs.. this has been a god sent!! i have gained most of it back, being home and not seeing her.. now im ready to try again!!

Edited to say: since my ins. pays for it i can go as much as i want, but in the beginng its only like 1 or 2 x a week, and then after awhile when you get the swing of things it lessens to maybe 1 every two weeks, to maybe once an month!

I also see a nutritionist which my insurance pays for. I have been going since the middle of June & so far I have lost 32 pounds.

Re: Nutrionist!

so how long is a visit usually, what types of info is shared, what types of questions are asked...

Id like to see if my insurance covers this !

Sounds great! My insurance do NOT cover this - so sad!

Re: Nutrionist!

When I think what I have spent between WW and some of these other things the 45$ consultation fee and about that for visits normally would seem a lot but in comparison even if they don't take my insurance seems not too bad. It will just mean less money to eat
