Has anyone ever tried this? It sounds convenient since the food is delivered and portions are already measured.

Its very convenient...A friend is on it at work, and lost 17 pounds in a month..He says it is very easy, food is sent to you, not very expensive..Its all about portion control, and thats what this diet teaches you...He also said that he finds it very simple to do, and his wife says the same..Good luck! (He said there is a special now...go one their website!)
