I've been thinking about getting in to Nutrisystem, it's expensive but I like that it is pretty fool proof in that it provides you with the food, can anyone share their experiences?

hey i just posted about this! i joined this morning. my twin sister lost like 30-40 lbs a couple years back and kept it off! i wasnt motivated when i tried in the past but now i am!!!

I used it a couple of years ago and I thought it was really helpful- many gain he weight right back though when they stop doing nutrisystem so that's the only negative. I never gained back, but I workout alot and eat pretty healthy
