Any of you ladies try it...if so good or bad results?
I'm thinking about doing it, but not sure if it has worked for anyone

i havent tried it but my pts have and they said that they only lost about 10-15pd in 6mths

my mom tried it and couldn't even last a week on it...the food was so bad she returned it all for a refund...every meal she had was soupy and unappetizing. Sorry

One of my co-workers is doing it now and she lost 30 pounds very quickly and she said she likes the food

i did it. i did lose weight, but i was cheating like crazy after about a month bc the food is the same all the time and i was so bored. it's great for someone who has no time to prepare diet food since 90% of what you eat is made already and doesn't need refrigeration. i used to bring food for the week to work and leave it there so i wouldn't forget it. good luck w/ whatever you decide!

One of my coworkers lost 60 lbs on it. She looks fantastic. And another person i worked with at camp was featured on their site...nicole...
