Nutritionist

I was wondering if anyone in the western Suffolk sees one and wouldn't mind sharing their number.

I have a great nutrisionist in lindenhurst. I do not see her anymore because I feel I got everything I needed from her but I sent sooo many people to her. She does it out of her home and is excellent.

Her name is patty and her # IS 516-810-7177.
Just tell her jessy gave you her info.

I have one but its not on this Pc will post later.
He helped my SIL get prego after her first mc and her sister who is allergic to everything lost over 100lbs with him

Some people have luck with nutrionists, but I actually found going to WW meetings to work just as well and it was cheaper for me. I have done both. . .

But if you feel you need the personalized attention, then go for it! I feel that WW meetings are great and you can get a lot of tips from the other people at the meeting, just like you could get from a nutrionist.

Really? Did you do Core or Flex? I do Core and when I stick to it, it works great.
