NWR: 1 BR Apt Available for Rent Jan 1st
As most of you know FH and I are buying a house but we currently rent in the Fairfield complex in West Babylon. It's a 1Br upper level, and it was COMPLETELY renovated when we moved in a year and a half ago. Stainless steel appliances, clean bathroom, tons of closets. 1 large hall closet, 1 in the living room and 3 in the bedroom!!! It has an eat in kitchen and HUGE living room. Off of the living room is a terrace. Pets are allowed. (Dogs and cats)The rent is $1500 and includes heat and water.
Since this would technically be a sublet we're not asking for a security deposit, yet we will sign ours over to you. So when your lease is up, you will be making $1500. We're only willing to give it up because we can't afford to keep the apartment and our mortgage so we're going to try and sublet it and figured signing our security deposit over would be a good deal for someone.
