NWR: 2 BR/2 Bath. Apt for rent in Rego Park/Forest Hills
Hi girls! A friend of mine is trying to find a new tentant for her current apt......she posted the apt on Craigslist, but I wanted to post it here as well for those of you in search of an apt.
the apt description on Craigslist is below, but to see the pics, click on the link:
Craigslist posting
Spacious & bright 2Br/2Bath with balcony and hardwood floors through-out. Located in Rego Park (Austin Street and 65th Ave.) Walking distance to the subway (R&V line), numerous retail shops and restaurants on Austin Street and Queens Blvd. Express bus into Manhattan is also within walking distance. I currently live here and love it but for personal circumstances need to move, in order to break the lease a few months early the apt must be rented, which is why i'm listing it- I don't want you to take over the lease, the prospective tenant must go through the application process with the management company.
Building does not allow pets.
The rent is about $1,850 (+/- since i'm sure management will increase a few percent from current rent but should be around that number)and the prospective applicant must provide an application/credit report fee for the management and First month rent and one month security deposit due at lease signing, if approved.
The apt. is equipped with AC units in each bedroom and Living room and has a thermometer for Tenant heat control. Rent includes heat, gas & water. Tenant pays electric.
Measurements:
Living Room: 19'x11 1/2'
Dining Room: 9'x7 1/2'
1 br: 14 1/2' x 11'
2 br: 14 1/2' x 9 1/2'
