OMG that is crazy. One time my brother was sitting in our living room and he was watching TV in the dark when he saw someone walk up to our back door and go for the handle (we have sliding glass doors) my brother stood up he is about 6'4 1/2 and the guy took off running. I hope they catch the guy and glad to hear he didn't get in. 's for you and your mom

OMG!!! This is one of the reasons having a dog is so fantastic - they are like your own private security guard. So glad you & your mom are okay! I think I would have sh** my pants if someone was running towards me! Eek!

Thanks for your concern and your thoughts! We are okay today, a little scared still. An officer comes by every few hours to check in. I have all the doors and windows locked, and the alarm on. They still have not caught anyone, the house behind mind was robbed last night. The people there were not home
