NWR - 360 Review

At my job we have these employee reviews called 360. I recently was asked to do one for a co-worker who I can't stand and think their work habots suck!!!
The point of this review is to point out any issues or work habits that the bosses may not see.
I cant help but to think of this as a ROAST! lol

My issues with her are she: always play the blaming game, never shares the work, thinks she the boss when we are at the same level... UGH just typing about her is annoying me LOL

I spoke with my boss and she like write down what she need to work on but how do I say she a control, mooody (c you next tuesday) LOL

Does anyone else have these at their jobs? I need some guidance

I had to do a similar thing for 6 of my colleagues and had a tough one to fill out lol. I did a lot of corrective criticism and utilized the sandwich technique (nice thing + bad thing + nice thing). I thought of it as an opportunity to help this person realize their weaknesses in the hopes that by bringing it to their attention, they will be better at their job, and stop pissing me off :)
